About the role
We are modernizing the performance and reliability of our customer‑facing services. As a Frontend React Developer you will lead the redesign of critical UI paths, ensuring fast load times and stable interactions across browsers.
Key responsibilities
- Audit existing React codebase and pinpoint performance bottlenecks.
- Implement lazy loading, code‑splitting, and memoization strategies.
- Refactor components to use TypeScript for stronger type safety.
- Optimize CSS and HTML for minimal render blocking.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts for reliability.
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of React development experience.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript performance profiling.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive, accessible UIs.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Web Vitals and Lighthouse.
- Knowledge of server‑side rendering or Next.js.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend assets.
