About the role

NexGen Media seeks a versatile Full Stack Developer to build and enhance a dynamic web platform that supports media streaming, user interaction, and analytics. You will collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement front‑end features using React and modern JavaScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs and server‑side logic with NodeJS.
• Integrate PostgreSQL databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate in agile sprints, providing estimates and progress updates.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React and component‑based architecture.
• Proficient in NodeJS and building scalable back‑end services.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design.
• Familiarity with HTML5 and responsive design principles.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Docker or containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
