About the role

Vertex Analytics is expanding its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to design, implement, and validate security controls that protect tenant data and ensure compliance across shared infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct threat modeling for multi‑tenant architecture and identify attack vectors.
• Develop security hardening guidelines for Linux‑based services and container workloads.
• Implement automated security testing pipelines using Python scripts.
• Review code and configuration changes for security regressions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD.

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of security principles, IAM, and encryption.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting security checks.
• Hands‑on experience securing Linux servers and containers.
• Familiarity with multi‑tenant risk mitigation strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud security tools (e.g., AWS GuardDuty, Azure Security Center).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
