We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily business operations, handle administrative tasks, assist with communication, and help keep projects running smoothly.


This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across customer service, scheduling, coordination, data entry, and reporting. You’ll act as the operational backbone, supporting our internal teams, handling client interactions, documenting tasks, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.


You will be working across various departments such as support, sales, marketing, and operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, communicates clearly, and is comfortable using modern productivity tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRM tools, Slack, Trello, and email automation platforms.


This is a long-term, ongoing role, suitable for someone who enjoys structured tasks, problem-solving, and helping teams operate efficiently.


Key Responsibilities


Manage email inboxes, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues when needed


Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination


Maintain spreadsheets, data logs, and CRM updates


Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency


Provide customer support via chat, email, or helpdesk tools


Assist with order management, follow-ups, and basic documentation


Prepare weekly reports, task summaries, and activity logs


Research information online and compile organized documents


Upload content to websites, blogs, or dashboards (as instructed)


Manage basic social media tasks (reply to messages, schedule posts)


Coordinate with teams for project updates and follow-ups


Assist with online purchases, bookings, and admin errands


Keep digital files, folders, and drives organized


Follow SOPs and maintain standards for each task


Execute repetitive tasks with precision and reliability


Required Skills


2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Support


Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)


Strong command of English grammar


Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)


Knowledge of Excel formulas and spreadsheet management


Familiarity with customer support tools (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Crisp)


Experience with project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Asana)


Ability to multitask and prioritize


Strong attention to detail and accuracy


Fast typing speed with minimal errors


Basic knowledge of social media platforms


Ability to follow instructions and SOPs strictly


Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
