We're scaling our content marketing efforts and need a skilled SEO Specialist to optimize our existing blog content and develop a comprehensive SEO strategy. You'll work closely with our content team to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive SEO audit of existing website and content
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Develop monthly content strategy based on SEO opportunities
Optimize existing blog posts for target keywords
Create SEO-friendly content briefs for writers
Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking)
Monitor and improve technical SEO issues
Build quality backlink strategy and outreach
Track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
Required Skills:
2+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results
Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar)
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console
Expertise in keyword research and content optimization
Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup)
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Understanding of link building strategies
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Strong written and verbal communication

Experience with local SEO
Knowledge of HTML, CSS basics
