Senior Docker Kubernetes Specialist Needed for Cloud Infrastructure Program

About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching an intensive CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune container orchestration and pipeline workflows that enable rapid, reliable deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy scalable Kubernetes clusters on cloud providers
• Build reusable Docker images and helm charts for micro‑services
• Integrate CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions) with Kubernetes for automated testing and rollout
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for container health and pipeline performance
• Collaborate with developers to containerize legacy applications and resolve runtime issues

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Proven track record designing CI/CD pipelines for fast releases
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
• Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm or Kustomize
• Familiarity with Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure as code
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
