About the role

CoreData Systems is building a robust data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a Database Administrator who can design, implement, and maintain scalable database solutions that feed directly into our analytics stack.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL instances for high‑throughput data ingestion.
• Develop ETL processes and data models that support operational dashboards.
• Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster‑recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and performance.
• Document schemas, procedures, and best practices for the team.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years managing PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL in production.
• Strong SQL tuning and indexing expertise.
• Experience building data pipelines for analytics use cases.
• Proficiency with cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure Database, etc.).
• Ability to script automation in Bash or Python.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with containerized database deployments.
