About the role

NexGen Media is expanding its digital content platform and needs a .NET Core developer to enhance backend services. You will work on a micro‑service architecture, integrate third‑party APIs, and ensure high‑performance data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core APIs using C#
• Implement Azure cloud services such as Functions, App Service, and Storage
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality
• Collaborate with front‑end and product teams to define requirements
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues

Must-have skills

• 2+ years of .NET Core development
• Strong C# programming proficiency
• Experience deploying and managing services on Azure
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and SQL databases

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of message queues like Azure Service Bus
