About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a new SaaS platform to streamline client onboarding. We need a Full Stack Developer to build and integrate core features, ensuring a seamless user experience from front‑end to back‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components using React.
• Develop RESTful APIs and server logic with NodeJS.
• Integrate PostgreSQL databases, write efficient queries, and manage migrations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional pages.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for upcoming user growth.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on experience with NodeJS and Express framework.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, schema design, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker containerization.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
