Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to track key performance indicators and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis tools to support business decision-making
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve financial analysis and planning
• Develop and implement financial reporting and dashboard tools to track key performance indicators and metrics
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to junior team members to develop their financial analysis and planning skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel and financial planning software
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial accounting, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely financial records
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including budgeting and forecasting tools
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA or CPA, is an asset
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
