About the role

CloudWave Digital is building a next‑gen SaaS platform for enterprise collaboration. We need an Angular Developer to lead a test automation uplift that will dramatically cut regression risk before each major release. Your work will directly shape the reliability of the upcoming "PulseGuard" module, ensuring smooth launches.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Cypress test suites for the PulseGuard UI components.
• Integrate automated visual regression checks into the CI pipeline using Percy.
• Refactor existing unit tests to achieve 80% coverage on critical services.
• Collaborate with QA leads to define risk‑based test scenarios for each sprint.
• Document test frameworks and onboarding guides for future developers.
• Track flaky test metrics and propose remediation strategies.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Angular development experience (Angular 9+).
• Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS.
• Hands‑on experience building Cypress or Protractor automation.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Jenkins), and RESTful APIs.
• Strong debugging skills in browser dev tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with visual testing tools like Percy or Applitools.
• Knowledge of performance testing using Lighthouse.
