We’re a Salesforce consulting partner that implements and customizes Salesforce for B2B SaaS companies, private equity firms, and marketing agencies (Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
We need a true Salesforce powerhouse who can handle full implementations, complex Flows, Apex triggers/classes, LWC components, integrations (Stripe, Zuora, Slack, DocuSign), data migrations (Data Loader, Gearset), and custom apps. Responsibilities
Full Salesforce implementations (from sandbox to production)
Build complex Flows, Process Builder → Flow migrations
Write Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, queueable
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) + Aura when needed
Integrate with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft optional)
Data migrations & deduplication (DemandTools, Gearset)
Custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules
Pardot/MCAA setup (engagement studio, scoring, sync)
Security & sharing model design
Deployment with Gearset/Copado/Git
Required Skills
Expert in Salesforce Admin + Apex + LWC
Flow mastery (record-triggered, scheduled, screen)
SOQL/SOSL + Governor limits knowledge
Salesforce certifications (Admin + Platform Developer I or II)
Fluent English (client calls required)
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Argentina, or Eastern Europe
Revenue Cloud/CPQ or Billing experience
Pardot/MCAA Specialist certification
Experience with Gearset, Copado, OwnBackup
FinancialForce or Salesforce Industries

Working Schedule
Flexible core hours — need 4–6 hrs overlap with US Eastern or Central for client calls.
Payment Structure
Standard Tier – $2,800/month (28 hrs/week, admin + Flow work)
Senior Tier – $3,800/month (35 hrs/week, includes Apex + LWC)
Lead Tier – $5,000/month (40 hrs/week, full implementations + architecture)
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal.
