Senior Platform Engineer Needed for Container Platform Build

About the role

Ridgeline Software is scaling its flagship B2B platform and needs a Platform Engineer to drive the delivery of a new multi‑tenant feature set. You will own the end‑to‑end pipeline that brings the "Nimbus Hub" module from design through production, ensuring isolation and performance for each tenant.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Terraform IaC for isolated tenant environments in AWS.
• Build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions that automatically provision Kubernetes namespaces per tenant.
• Containerize the Nimbus Hub service using Docker, optimizing images for fast rollout.
• Set up Helm charts with tenant‑specific values and manage versioned releases.
• Implement monitoring and alerting in Prometheus/Grafana for tenant‑level metrics.
• Conduct performance testing with Locust to validate multi‑tenant scalability before each sprint milestone.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years in Platform or DevOps engineering, focusing on multi‑tenant SaaS.
• Deep experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, IAM).
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Strong command of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Track record of delivering production‑ready features within tight 3‑month windows.

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
• Familiarity with cost‑optimization strategies for multi‑tenant workloads.
