Project Overview: We need a highly analytical PPC Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook with the primary goal of driving high-quality leads for our B2B service. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Display) and Facebook/Instagram Ads. * Continuous optimization of ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI/CPL. * Set up and verify conversion tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel). * Provide weekly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations. * Manage a fixed monthly ad budget (to be disclosed to the freelancer). Required Skills & Experience: * 4+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial PPC budgets. * Certifications in Google Ads and proven expertise with the Facebook Ads Manager. * Deep understanding of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel creation. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data reporting tools.
