About the role

DataPro Services is expanding its data layer for a SaaS analytics platform. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, optimize, and maintain our NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design schema and data models tailored to application needs
• Implement indexing, sharding, and replication strategies
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and fine‑tune queries
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate MongoDB with APIs
• Document data architecture and best practices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB deployment and administration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and related ecosystem
• Understanding of data modeling, aggregation pipelines, and security
• Ability to write efficient queries and scripts

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or container orchestration
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for managed MongoDB
