About the role

We are seeking a Java Developer to enhance our core platform, focusing on performance optimization and new feature integration. The project involves extending existing services and ensuring seamless interaction with front‑end components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with MySQL databases.
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to define API contracts.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (SE/EE).
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and relational data modeling.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for API consumption.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Nice to have

• Exposure to microservices architecture.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker.
