About the role

Cascade Apps is building a next‑generation SaaS platform for collaborative workflow automation. We need a Frontend React Developer to lead a test automation uplift that will dramatically lower regression risk before each product launch. You will work on the new "PulseGuard" module, designing UI components and integrating automated visual testing into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refactor React components for the PulseGuard dashboard using TypeScript and Styled‑Components.
• Implement end‑to‑end tests with Cypress to cover critical user flows and visual regressions.
• Integrate test suites into GitHub Actions, ensuring nightly builds generate coverage reports.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to define acceptance criteria and automated test cases.
• Optimize build performance with Webpack code‑splitting and lazy loading strategies.
• Document test scenarios and component usage guidelines in Confluence.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, hooks, and functional components.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on knowledge of Cypress or similar E2E testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
• Good understanding of responsive design and CSS preprocessors.

Nice to have

• Experience with Storybook for UI component documentation.
• Background in performance profiling and optimization.
