Responsibilities:

Build and maintain analytics dashboards (revenue, CAC, LTV, cohorts)

Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns

Conduct product performance analysis

Identify opportunities to increase AOV and LTV

Analyze marketing channel ROI and attribution

Create weekly/monthly executive reports

Forecast revenue and inventory needs

Recommend data-driven optimizations

Set up automated reporting systems

Required Skills:

4+ years data analysis experience (e-commerce preferred)

Advanced SQL proficiency for data queries

Expert-level Google Analytics and Shopify analytics

Tableau, Looker, or Power BI expertise

Excel/Google Sheets mastery (pivot tables, complex formulas)

Statistical analysis and forecasting skills

Understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
