We are looking for a dedicated PHP Developer who can transform business requirements into well-structured, secure, and high-performing web applications.
This is not a simple CRUD job — you’ll be working on a full-featured business platform involving user authentication, API communication, admin dashboards, report generation, and a clean backend architecture. The project is expected to scale and will require thoughtful database structuring, optimization strategies, and clean coding conventions.
You’ll collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA testers to ensure that the system is smooth, stable, and user-friendly across devices. This project is ideal for someone who enjoys solving backend challenges, optimizing performance, and architecting clean solutions.
The project duration is 8–10 weeks, with longer-term maintenance opportunities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop secure, scalable backend features using PHP 8+.
Build and maintain REST APIs for mobile/web integration.
Architect clean database schemas using MySQL 8+.
Implement authentication, roles, and permissions.
Debug and optimize backend performance and query execution.
Integrate third-party APIs (SMS, payments, CRM, etc.).
Ensure code follows PSR standards and best practices.
Collaborate with front-end teams for seamless data flow.
Write reusable classes, helpers, and service layers.
Manage server deployment (cPanel, Hostinger, VPS).
Write documentation for endpoints and system logic.
Review logs and errors to ensure stable uptime.
Participate in testing and bug resolution cycles.
Manage version control with Git/GitHub.
Provide recommendations for improvements and scalability.
Required Skills
3+ years professional experience in PHP development.
Strong knowledge of PHP 8+, OOP, MVC principles.
Experience with frameworks like Laravel / CodeIgniter (either is fine).
Proficiency with MySQL (joins, indexes, optimization).
REST API development and integration experience.
Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of server management (Apache/Nginx).
Familiarity with front-end basics: HTML, CSS, JS.
Knowledge of caching (Redis/Memcached) is a plus.
Understanding of security (SQL injection, CSRF, XSS).
Experience with Composer, PSR standards, and namespaces.
Git version control experience.
Good communication and deadline management.
