Project Manager for Software Development

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our software development initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex projects and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Create detailed project plans and timelines

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

- Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of project management experience in software development

- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- PMP or similar certification preferred

- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Proven track record of successful project delivery

This is a 3-month contract position with potential for extension.
