The focus is project planning: building a clean WBS, setting calendars, and arranging the tasks so the file is easy to maintain and update. While elements like task scheduling, milestone tracking, or dependency links may emerge during the session, my chief need is the initial plan itself—accurate, organized, and ready for baseline.
