We are "GreenBean," a new direct-to-consumer coffee brand focused on sustainability and fair trade. We are launching in 3 months and need a talented Brand Identity Designer to define our visual look from the ground up. We don't just want a logo; we need a complete visual language that communicates "earthy," "premium," and "approachable."
You will work closely with our founders to translate our mission into a visual reality. Your primary task is to design our master logo, alternate marks, color palette, and typography system. Additionally, we need packaging concepts for our 12oz compostable coffee bags. We love clean, minimalist aesthetics with a touch of organic texture—think matte earth tones rather than neon colors.
You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating branding work for food, beverage, or lifestyle CPG products. We are looking for someone who can explain why they chose a specific font or color, ensuring every design decision aligns with our target audience of eco-conscious millennials.
Key Responsibilities
Create 3 distinct initial logo concepts based on our mood board.
Develop a comprehensive Brand Style Guide (Typography, Color Hex Codes, Logo Usage).
Design packaging mockups for our standard coffee pouch and shipping box.
Create a "Social Media Kit" including profile pictures, banners, and template overlays for Instagram.
Refine designs based on two rounds of feedback.
