Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Access Control Design

About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is enhancing a multi‑tenant B2B platform and needs a Cybersecurity Analyst to design and implement security controls for the new feature set. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure data isolation and compliance across tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Assess threat models for multi‑tenant architecture and define mitigation strategies
• Implement security monitoring, logging, and alerting for tenant activities
• Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing on the new feature
• Collaborate with developers to embed security best practices into CI pipelines
• Document security policies and provide guidance to stakeholders

Must-have skills

• Strong knowledge of network and application security principles
• Hands‑on experience with security tooling (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners)
• Proficiency in Python for scripting security checks
• Linux system hardening and log analysis expertise

Nice to have

• Familiarity with zero‑trust models in multi‑tenant environments
• Experience with cloud security frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Certifications such as CISSP or GSEC
