About the role

Harbor Softworks is accelerating its release cadence through a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. We need a Node.js Developer to design, implement, and fine‑tune pipelines that enable faster, reliable deployments across our microservice ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Integrate automated testing, linting, and security scans into pipelines
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA to streamline release processes
• Document pipeline architecture and best practices for the team

Must-have skills

• Strong Node.js experience (NodeJS, Express)
• Proficient in JavaScript and building REST APIs
• Hands‑on with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker)
• Understanding of version control, branching strategies, and automated testing

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions
• Knowledge of security scanning tools for code and containers
