Key Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure we meet our users' needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure design solutions meet product requirements and business goals.
• Create design specifications, design systems, and style guides to ensure consistency across our mobile applications.
• Design and develop interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts, using tools like InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, interaction designs, and visual design guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the growth and development of our design team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in UX design, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our mobile applications.
• Collaborate with our product team to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with our engineering team to ensure design solutions are feasible, viable, and meet our high standards for quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users, including their needs, goals, and behaviors, to inform design decisions and ensure we deliver user-centric experiences.
• Participate in usability testing, user research, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of our design solutions.
• Contribute to the development of our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across our mobile applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on mobile applications and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, human-centered design, and design thinking, with a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify design opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of mobile platforms, including iOS and Android, with knowledge of platform-specific design guidelines and best practices.
• Experience with design systems, with the ability to develop and maintain design documentation, including design specifications, interaction designs, and visual design guidelines.
• Strong understanding of user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing, with the ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs.
• Certification in UX design or a related field is a plus, with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow as a UX designer.
