Java Developer – Cloud-Native System Integration

About the role

Silverline Labs is building a robust data pipeline to empower operations teams with real‑time analytics. We need a Java Developer to design, implement, and optimize microservice‑based ingestion and transformation layers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and code scalable Java services using Spring Boot
• Integrate streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) for high‑throughput data flow
• Implement data validation, enrichment, and storage workflows
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define schema and performance targets
• Write unit and integration tests, and ensure CI/CD compliance

Must-have skills

• Strong Java proficiency (5+ years)
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices
• Understanding of data pipelines, messaging queues, and cloud services

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes deployment
• Experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Athena)
• Knowledge of Apache Flink or Spark streaming
