About the role

LumenWorks is accelerating its release cadence by launching a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. As a Flutter Mobile Developer you will build and refine the PulseDeploy module, a lightweight pipeline component that automates build, test and deployment of our cross‑platform app. Your work will directly enable faster, more reliable releases for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the PulseDeploy CI/CD workflow using GitHub Actions and Fastlane.
• Integrate automated unit, widget and integration tests into the pipeline, targeting 80% coverage.
• Containerize the Flutter build environment with Docker to ensure reproducible builds across macOS and Linux runners.
• Collaborate with DevOps to configure Azure Pipelines for staged rollouts and blue‑green deployments.
• Monitor build times and optimize the pipeline to reduce release cycles from weekly to bi‑weekly.
• Document the automation process and create a knowledge base article for future sprint teams.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines or Jenkins.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Fastlane, Docker and automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot build failures.
• Understanding of version control workflows and code review best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or Swift interop in Flutter projects.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Sentry or Datadog.
