Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a strong academic record and professional certifications (CPA, CMA, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or as an accountant in a small business environment, with a proven track record of financial analysis, planning, and management.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
