Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial planning and budgeting models
• Provide financial guidance and support to business units and departments
• Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, laws, and industry trends
• Provide training and support to junior team members
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and lenders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools, such as Excel
• Experience with financial planning software, such as Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Professional certification, such as CFA or CPA, is highly desirable
• Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
