Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance product images to meet the client's requirements and our agency's high standards of quality.
• Work closely with the art directors, designers, and photographers to ensure that all images are consistent with the client's brand and aesthetic.
• Use Photoshop and other creative tools to perform tasks such as noise reduction, dust removal, and color correction.
• Manipulate and combine images to create composite images that meet the client's needs.
• Remove blemishes, wrinkles, and other imperfections from images while maintaining a natural look.
• Perform tasks such as cropping, resizing, and formatting images for various mediums.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visual elements such as textures, patterns, and graphics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in photo retouching and editing.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work while working under pressure.
• Maintain organized files and folders, and ensure that all images are properly labeled and archived.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and solutions for client projects.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members and assist in their development and training.

Requirements

• Proven experience in photo retouching and editing, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity.
• Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and other creative tools, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition.
• Strong understanding of visual aesthetics, with the ability to create beautiful, high-quality images that meet the client's needs.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with art directors, designers, photographers, and other team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Familiarity with design principles, color theory, and visual storytelling.
