Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content to ensure that it meets our quality, accuracy, and relevance standards

  • Manage and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze online trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics to inform our content moderation strategies
  • Develop and maintain our content moderation policies and procedures to ensure that they are up-to-date and effective
  • Provide training and support to our content moderation team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Work closely with our client services team to understand our clients' needs and develop content moderation strategies that meet their objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensures that our content moderation strategies are effective and compliant

Requirements
