About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a new product and needs a TypeScript Developer for test automation uplift to reduce regression risk before launch. You will design, implement, and integrate automated test suites that keep the release pipeline stable and fast.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build end‑to‑end test automation using TypeScript
• Integrate tests into CI pipelines and ensure reliable reporting
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to identify high‑risk areas
• Maintain test data, mock services, and test environments
• Document test strategies and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with Angular or React testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Playwright or TestCafe
• Background in performance testing
• Exposure to cloud‑based test environments
