About the role

NexGen Media is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a Vue.js Frontend Developer to lead the UI overhaul, ensure fast load times, and maintain a seamless user experience across browsers.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing Vue components for optimal rendering speed
• Implement lazy loading, code‑splitting, and caching strategies
• Integrate performance monitoring tools and act on findings
• Collaborate with backend engineers to streamline API calls
• Write unit and end‑to‑end tests to guarantee reliability

Must-have skills

• Strong Vue.js expertise with Vue 2/3
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience optimizing front‑end performance metrics
• Familiarity with Git workflow and CI pipelines

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Webpack/Vite build optimizations
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background in real‑time data visualization
