About the role

Harbor Softworks is expanding an existing B2B SaaS product with a new multi‑tenant capability. We need a versatile full stack web developer to design, implement, and fine‑tune tenant isolation, onboarding flows, and billing hooks while keeping the current user experience seamless.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop tenant‑aware backend services using NodeJS.
• Build responsive React components for tenant dashboards and admin panels.
• Integrate MongoDB schemas to support data partitioning per tenant.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability across tenant boundaries.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define acceptance criteria and release plans.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, NodeJS, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
• Proven ability to deliver multi‑tenant SaaS features.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and security best practices.
• Effective communication in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
