Senior Full Stack Engineer

This position is critical to TechVision Solutions as we continue to expand our product portfolio and tackle complex challenges faced by our clients. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and other engineers in an Agile environment, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. By mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices, you will help shape the technical direction of our projects, making a significant impact on the growth of our team and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.

• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that align with our clients' needs.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team collaboration.

• Lead architectural discussions and advocate for best practices in software development, including testing and deployment strategies.

• Monitor and optimize application performance in a cloud environment using AWS services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.

• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript technologies, including React and Node.js.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

• Demonstrated experience in developing RESTful APIs and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with deployment and monitoring tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.

• Effective communication skills with the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.

• Knowledge of front-end build tools and frameworks (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a development team.
