We are a startup studio that launches 20–30 SaaS and marketplace MVPs per year for founders and companies (average 3–6 month build-to-launch cycle). Everything is 100% Bubble + Xano/Supabase backend when needed.
We are looking for a true Bubble power user who can own 4–8 apps at once: complex database architecture, responsive design, advanced workflows, custom plugins, API integrations (Stripe, OpenAI, Twilio, Airtable), user roles, and pixel-perfect delivery.
You will be the lead technical mind behind products that go on to raise funding or hit $50k+ MRR.
Responsibilities
Full Bubble app builds (web + mobile responsive)
Complex relational databases, privacy rules, repeating groups
Advanced workflows (scheduled, recursive, backend)
Custom states, reusable elements, performance optimization
Stripe + subscription logic, one-time payments, coupons
Third-party API integrations (OpenAI, Zapier, Xano, Memberstack)
User onboarding, admin dashboards, analytics
Bug fixing + post-launch iterations
Client demos & training
Required Skills
Bubble expert (5+ years, 20+ live apps)
Advanced workflows, backend workflows, API connector
Custom plugin development or heavy JS plugin usage
Responsive design mastery (mobile-first)
Experience with Xano or Supabase as backend
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe (4–6 hrs overlap with US time zones)
Previously built apps that raised seed funding or hit $100k+ ARR
Bubble Bootcamp graduate or agency background
Familiar with Bubble’s new AI features + performance tools
Weekly Commitment
25–35 hours per week (flexible, launch-driven)

Payment Structure
Standard – $2,400/month (25 hrs/week, 4 apps)
Senior – $3,200/month (30 hrs/week, 6–8 apps + custom plugins)
Lead – $4,200/month (35 hrs/week, full architecture + strategy + team coordination)
Paid on the 1st and 15th via Wise or PayPal.
