About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a Vue.js Frontend Developer who can quickly assess bottlenecks, refactor components, and implement best‑in‑class patterns to ensure a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing Vue.js codebase for performance issues and propose optimizations
• Rewrite critical UI components using Vue 3 composition API and TypeScript
• Integrate lazy‑loading, code‑splitting, and caching strategies
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API contracts and error handling
• Write unit and end‑to‑end tests to guarantee reliability under load

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Vue.js (Vue 2 & 3) and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proven track record of improving frontend performance metrics
• Familiarity with state management (Vuex or Pinia) and RESTful APIs
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part‑time setting

Nice to have

• Experience with performance monitoring tools (Lighthouse, Web Vitals)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
• Background in accessibility compliance (WCAG)
