I'm a successful online course creator teaching graphic design to over 5,000 students, and I need a reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations so I can focus on creating content. You'll handle email management, student inquiries, course platform administration, calendar scheduling, and various administrative tasks that keep my business running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities include managing my inbox (responding to routine emails, flagging urgent matters), supporting students with technical questions or course access issues, scheduling my calendar for coaching calls and meetings, processing refunds or enrollment requests, and maintaining organized systems in Google Drive and Notion. You'll also help with basic social media scheduling, invoice tracking, and coordinating with contractors like my video editor and graphic designer.
This is an ongoing monthly position requiring 10-15 hours per week with flexible scheduling. I'm looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset are essential since you'll be the first point of contact for many student inquiries.
