We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations across admin tasks, communication, documentation, and basic digital workflows.
You will work directly with our team to ensure smooth operations, manage communication channels, organize data, handle customer queries, and assist in routine business processes.
This role requires someone who is proactive, professional, and able to juggle multiple small tasks across the day. You must be comfortable using modern productivity tools, managing calendars, preparing reports, and interacting with clients or customers when needed.
Our business spans multiple sectors including e-commerce, SaaS, digital marketing, and service-based industries — so flexibility and fast learning are extremely important.
The job is ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and capable of providing consistent daily support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
This is a long-term position, starting with a monthly retainer and potential to grow based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and maintain communication logs
Handle customer support messages (email, chat, social media)
Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets or CRM updates
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
Assist in creating documents, reports, and basic presentations
Organize files in Google Drive or Dropbox
Handle order tracking, follow-ups, and basic e-commerce operations
Research tasks (market research, competitor analysis, data gathering)
Assist with social media posting and content scheduling
Prepare weekly summaries of completed tasks
Manage basic bookkeeping entries (optional)
Update WordPress or Shopify pages (basic edits)
Communicate with suppliers, clients, or internal team members
Maintain task management boards (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
Provide daily end-of-day reports and task updates
Required Skills
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Professional
Strong written and spoken English communication
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Familiarity with data entry, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
Customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of social media posting tools
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Fast typing speed (35–50 WPM preferred)
Experience with e-commerce tools like Shopify or WooCommerce (bonus)
Basic knowledge of Canva for simple graphics
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
