Key Responsibilities
- Process large volumes of survey data, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Identify trends and patterns in survey data, providing insights to our research team
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our survey data, ensuring compliance with our quality control procedures
- Collaborate with our research team to deliver high-quality insights to our clients
- Develop and implement data management procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct data quality checks, identifying and resolving errors and discrepancies
- Provide training and support to new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and onboarding process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in market research, attending training and development sessions as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, providing insights and updates to our stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with our data protection policies, maintaining confidentiality and security
- Collaborate with our IT team to resolve technical issues and improve our data management systems
- Develop and implement data visualization techniques, presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and customer service, preferably in a market research or survey environment
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security, with a strong understanding of data protection principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, an asset
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in market research
- Certification in data management or a related field, an asset
