About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a senior Penetration Tester to evaluate the security posture of a new web application platform. The engagement focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, exploiting them safely, and delivering actionable remediation guidance within a short timeframe.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive black‑box and white‑box penetration tests on web, API, and network components.
• Develop and execute custom exploit scripts to validate findings.
• Document detailed vulnerability reports with risk ratings and remediation steps.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to verify fixes.
• Provide concise executive summaries for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Maintain testing tools and stay updated on emerging threats.

Must-have skills

• 10+ years of hands‑on penetration testing experience.
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10, network protocols, and exploitation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and tool development.
• Strong Linux administration and command‑line skills.
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud environments and container security.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP or GPEN.
