Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to gather relevant information to support the development of online courses
• Organize and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
• Support the development of high-quality online courses, including creating course materials and assessments
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content
• Assist in the development of course outlines, lesson plans, and other course materials
• Support the implementation of online courses, including testing and quality assurance
• Provide technical support to instructors and learners as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of course development and implementation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in online education
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful implementation of online courses
• Support the evaluation and assessment of online courses, including gathering feedback from learners and instructors
• Assist in the development of reports and other documents to support the evaluation of online courses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Research, or a related field
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with online course development and implementation
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Experience with data entry and management, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide support to learners and instructors
