About the role

TechFlow Inc is accelerating its release cadence through a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint. We need a QA Software Tester who can design, execute, and maintain automated test suites that validate pipeline integrity and rapid feature delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Selenium‑based automated tests for build, deployment, and post‑release validation.
• Integrate test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline to enforce quality gates.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to troubleshoot flaky tests and pipeline failures.
• Create concise test documentation and defect reports for quick triage.
• Participate in sprint planning to align testing effort with automation goals.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with QA Testing and test automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and scripting languages.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines.
• Ability to write clear, reusable test cases and debug failures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker).
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
