About the role

BrightMart Solutions is scaling its test automation framework to cut regression risk before each product launch. We need a Python Backend Developer who can design robust services that feed test data, trigger suites, and report results efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend APIs that orchestrate automated test runs
• Integrate with CI pipelines to schedule and monitor regression suites
• Develop data models in PostgreSQL for test case management and result storage
• Write clean, unit‑tested Python code using Django and async patterns
• Collaborate with QA engineers to refine test scenarios and improve coverage

Must-have skills

• Strong Python development experience (3+ years)
• Proficiency with Django REST framework
• Hands‑on with PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and test automation tools

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containers for test environments
• Familiarity with performance testing and load simulation
