Key Responsibilities

• Editing and retouching photographs for various marketing materials, including social media, advertising campaigns, and editorial content
• Working closely with designers and art directors to ensure that all visual content meets our high standards
• Using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Lightroom, to edit and enhance photographs
• Collaborating with the design team to develop and implement visual concepts and ideas
• Ensuring that all edited photographs are of high quality and meet our brand standards
• Meeting deadlines and delivering projects on time
• Staying up-to-date with the latest editing software and technologies
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior team members
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and concepts
• Ensuring that all edited photographs are optimized for various digital platforms

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in photo editing and retouching
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong understanding of color correction, exposure, and composition
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio that demonstrates your editing and retouching skills
• Knowledge of digital asset management and workflow optimization
• Experience working with a variety of clients and brands
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
