Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer data into our database with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Process and manage large volumes of data, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve data entry issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all data entry activities, including errors and discrepancies.
  • Participate in quality control processes to ensure data entry accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Utilize software applications to manage and process data, including Microsoft Office and specialized data entry tools.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in data entry tasks.

Requirements
