Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the client's brand identity, values, and design preferences to create a customized logo design concept.
• Conduct research on current design trends, competitors, and industry standards to ensure the logo design is innovative and relevant.
• Present initial design concepts to the creative director and client, incorporating feedback to refine the design.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency across all branding materials, including business cards, letterheads, and website design.
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create high-quality, vector-based logo designs.
• Prepare and deliver design files in the required formats, including EPS, PNG, and JPEG.
• Maintain accurate records of design revisions, ensuring that all feedback and changes are documented and implemented.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the overall creative direction of the project.
• Work closely with the project manager to meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of design assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and efficiency.
• Engage with the design community through participation in forums, attending design events, and sharing knowledge through blog posts or tutorials.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and copywriting, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all media channels.
• Develop a style guide for the client, outlining the proper usage of the logo, color palette, typography, and imagery.
• Provide design support for other projects as needed, applying expertise in logo design to contribute to the team's workload.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, with a focus on logo design and branding.
• Proven experience in logo design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and client work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement and growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work.
• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or other UX design tools is a plus.
• Certification in design or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
