Key Responsibilities

• Translate a variety of content, including documents, websites, and marketing materials, from one language to another while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and cultural sensitivity.
• Review and revise translations to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with our team of linguists, project managers, and quality control specialists to deliver high-quality translation services to our clients.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest language trends, terminology, and cultural nuances.
• Develop and maintain glossaries, style guides, and other linguistic resources to support our translation services.
• Participate in quality control activities to ensure that all translations meet our high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving our translation services and processes.
• Work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and to the required standard.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Utilize computer-assisted translation tools and other software to support our translation services.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new translation services and processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest language trends and technologies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Native fluency in the target language and excellent writing skills in the source language.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer-assisted translation tools and other software.
• Strong research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with the latest language trends and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in translation or a related field.
• Certification in translation or a related field is an asset.
