In this position, you will be working closely with our design team, interacting with clients to understand their brand vision, and translating those insights into compelling logo designs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, bespoke logo designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas and refine concepts.
• Conduct client consultations to understand brand objectives and preferences.
• Prepare and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Maintain a keen eye on design trends and technological advancements to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all design work is completed to a high standard, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Engage in project management tasks, including scheduling, time tracking, and progress reporting.
• Communicate design rationale and concept development to both internal teams and external clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the design team's strategy and goals.
• Stay organized, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and style guides for clients.
• Assist in the creation of other design materials such as business cards, letterheads, and social media assets as needed.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and apply this knowledge to enhance our design services.
• Ensure all final files are provided in the appropriate formats for client use.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in logo design and graphic design, preferably within an agency setting.
• Portfolio that showcases a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of branding and how logo design contributes to a brand's overall identity.
• Familiarity with design trends and the ability to innovate within the constraints of a brief.
