Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue and expenses
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for cost savings
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
• Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and other reporting tools
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in finance and accounting
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
• Collaborate with external auditors and other third-party providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA or CPA, a plus
